Furnace would not light. We thought it might be the igniter but Andy was thorough and very knowledgeable and determined within 5 minutes the issue and was able to get the furnace running within 5 minutes. It was not the ignition, it was the condensation line had a blockage which prevented the furnace from running because of safety issues. Andy was able to service our home within 90 minutes from receiving our phone call.
